I’m a Chilean filmmaker specializing in interactive narratives.
I recently completed my graduate studies at New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program, on a full scholarship from the Chilean National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research. In my thesis research, I produced Profiles of the Disposed, a documentary VR experience where viewers took an intimate glimpse into the lives of New York City inhabitants via virtual environments landscaped with 3D scans of their trash.
I’m an alumna of the Virtual Reality Lab at the Samsung Global Innovation Center, a former creative technology fellow at HUM∆N agency, and former VR Tech Supervisor at Future of Storytelling 2016 in New York City. My work has shown at the Guadalajara International Film Festival in Mexico, Plus Camerimage Film Festival in Poland, the LAKINO Film Festival in Germany and more. I have performed live visual sets at music festivals such as Lollapalooza and Mystery Land in Chile.
